Industrial & Mechanical Design is a core component of our business. We combine Industrial and Mechanical Design knowledge to create and develop concepts and specifications that optimise the function, value and appearance of products and systems for the mutual benefit of both user and manufacturer.

BCS Innovations will develop a product that creates a powerful impact and the emotional bond between the product and the user. Our Designers follow an imaginative process that includes coloured concept hand sketches, non functional models, Hi-def renderings and animations, and Physical 3D models to confirm overall geometry and ergonomics of the product before spending time in the detail design phase.

Following the Industrial Design Stage, our goal is to develop a quality product with components that are easy to manufacture and assemble at the lowest production cost. Our Engineers have extensive expertise in Mechanical Design and are experts with all kind of manufacturing processes including plastic injection moulding, light alloy casting, extrusion and other common manufacturing processes.
