As one of Australia’s premier electronics design consultants, BCS Innovations has managed the transition to manufacture for a number of successful Australian product launches.  Our specific experience in moving from prototype to first-run manufacture to volume manufacture puts us in the best possible position to support your product’s development.

We understand the value of high visibility and involvement early on in the transition, and we have built our own facility to support this process.  On visiting our offices we will show you how we manage and reduce risk in the transition by keeping all high-risk early-stage manufacture processes local or in-house until all stakeholders are prepared for the transition.
